How do I place a Glory order?
Login → Top-up your wallet → Open Shop → choose a Glory pack (100k, 250k, 500k, 1M etc.) → enter your Guild UID, Guild Name, Region → confirm the Guild Settings screenshot → click Confirm & Pay. Order is placed instantly.

How long does delivery take?
Every accepted order is delivered within 8 hours — usually much faster (avg 2–4 hours). You'll see a live countdown timer on your Dashboard and Orders page. If we don't deliver within 8 hours, you get a full refund automatically to your wallet.

Why do I have to change Guild Settings before ordering?
Our GloryBot needs 'Anyone can join' setting so it can enter your guild automatically. Without the correct setting, the bot cannot join and Glory won't be delivered. The exact setting is shown as an image on the order screen — match it exactly.

How does the wallet top-up work?
Open Top-up → enter amount → scan the UPI QR or tap 'Open UPI App' → pay from any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) → paste the UTR / Transaction ID → submit. Admin verifies UTR (usually within 5–15 minutes) and your balance is credited. You get realtime updates.

When do I get a refund?
Instant wallet refund in these cases: (1) You cancel a pending order (before admin accepts). (2) Admin rejects/cancels the order. (3) Delivery fails within the 8-hour window. Refund is credited to your Guild Glory wallet immediately and can be used for another order or withdrawn per admin approval.

What if the Glory is delivered partially or slowly?
